Set on a pedestrian street in a historic location, the family-run Ethrion is 150 metres from Ermoupolis Port and the main square. Location was amazing - within a 10 minute walk of almost everything in Ermoupoli. Room was comfortable and clean - really appreciated the fresh towels and bed making each day. George was super friendly and helpful with his rental car suggestions. He was also super responsive when we asked for a second key.

Built in 1843, the Neoclassical Hotel Aktaion Syros is located right on the port of Ermoupolis, within walking distance of the town’s historical centre. Full marks and bravo to owners and staff of Aktaion hotel! Location was superb right on the waterfront of Ermoupolis many rooms enjoy unlimited sea views of bay and the hills above making it a postcard perfect location. This is a very historic aristocratic mansion kept in excellent condition a perfect blend of traditional style with modern facilities and comforts. Professional staff very knowledgeable with spot on recommendations for sightseeing restaurants and more, truly every advise was with no doubt excellent! Breakfast was very generous, very tasty large portions and great variety of choices. Excellent location service and atmosphere will be back for sure! The top shared balcony is postcard perfect ! This little gem is under new management and the new proprietors Konstantina and Harold are the heart of the undertaking. Their open friendliness and genuine passion about the place make all the difference. Always helpful with the best tips for the island and more. The breakfast with fresh and local produce with delicious baked goods by Harold was another highlight. Our room had a fantastic view taking in the whole bay and the comfortable bed was heaven after days of busy exploring. The little fishing town was one of the loveliest on the island, a very good base from where to venture out. A rooftop terrace for a sundowner and the beach across the street made it a very relaxed spot for a very comfortable stay indeed. We wish them all the luck for many more successful seasons to come!

Boasting an outdoor pool, Hotel Benois is just 50 metres away from the sandy beach of Galissas in Siros island. It offers a bar and free Wi-Fi in public areas. The hotel has everything you need. I certainly recommend it. It is very cozy. Design is superb, esp. in the outside areas. The pool is quite big with plenty sunbeds. What surprised us the most was that the prices of food/drinks were very reasonable for 4-star hotel and the food was always super tasty.

Boasting a privileged location, just metres away from Ermoupolis centre, Hotel Ploes is housed in a listed, early 19th-century Neoclassical mansion. The hotel location is ideal, with beautiful views of the sea and the city, and at the same time very quick and easy access to the centre of town. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of a la carte options and a very flexible timetable.

Housed in a historic building dating back to the 19th century, Syrou Melathron is located in Vaporia, near the Asteria Bay. The position overlooking Ermoupoli ,a generously proportioned room with a Seaview, great breakfast and very friendly , helpful staff.
