This historic former brewery boasts light and elegant rooms with rustic, original features and fine Egyptian linen. Amazing staff from check in to departure, the restaurant was first class, the room was probably the best room I’ll ever stay in my life. Duplex apartment with a lovely industrial feel to it, but high end finishes throughout. Amazing shower area too. The sort of holiday where the room Is good enough to stay in and chill.

Antica locanda per la sosta delle carrozze risalente al 16° secolo, The Crown si trova a Old Amersham e offre ristoranti, l’ospitalità tradizionale e un facile accesso alle autostrade M40, M25, M1 ed... Edificio storico nel centro di Old Amersham, con un gran fascino ma anche con tanti problemi (scale strette e ripide, pavimento irregolare e scricchiolante). Sicuramente l'atmosfera che si vive alloggiando nell'hotel è molto caratteristica, sembra di essere immersi nel medioevo! Ottima la colazione.

The Olde Bell, BW Signature Collection is a modernised 3-star coaching inn providing Ilse Crawford designed restful rooms with a rustic elegance. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. For example, we needed to leave our luggage at the hotel before and after checkin/checkout and they accommodated with no problem. They offered our daughters hot chocolate the moment they entered the breakfast room. They helped us get a taxi during a super busy weekend. They had delicious food for dinner and breakfast. The room was delightful. We loved everything about this hotel!
