The pub hotel is excellent, very comfortable, friendly staff and the food is very high quality at breakfast you need to be hungry.

Staff were incredibly friendly and happy to give advice on activities to do in the local area as well as ensuring all guests where booked in for dinner reservations in town (some places are closed on a Sunday). Situated in the town of Dartmouth, The Dartmouth Boutique B&B is less than a mile from the banks of the River Dart. Nestled within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it offers free Wi-Fi, free on-site parking and a restaurant. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. Neil the host was very informative, professional and friendly. Some reviews remark about the steep hill to return to the b and b but that didn’t bother us at all as we enjoyed the walk. There are taxis and buses if needed. There is lots to see and do in Dartmouth so will definitely return and stay at the Dartmouth Boutique again! Thank you Neil! See you soon!

Situated in the small town of Lynton, by the estuary of West Lyn River and next to the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, Seawood House Boutique Hotel boasts elegant rooms with sea view, free Wi-Fi, an outdoor seating area with panoramic views, and free parking. Peter was a fantastic host. By far the best hotel we have stayed in on our holiday around the UK. Great restaurant, cosy lounge area with selection of drinks. Conveniently located next to the cliff railway.

Located in Lynton, Rockvale House is a historic guest house that provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy water sports facilities and a terrace. Had a wonderful time at Rockvale House. Everything was perfect. Ness and Phill were very thoughtful and kind. And the breakfast was delicious.

The property was well maintained and the breakfasts were lively. They had GF bread, without having prior notice. good views and convenient walk to everything
