Everything was great. Starting with a staff, amazing breakfast with a view of Shanghai skyline. Room was clean too. Location is perfect if you wanna be close to Bund. Having a washing machine for hotel guests on second floor was great too.

We stayed twice at this hotel during our trip to China. The concierge was kind enough to hold our luggage between stays to avoid having to carry everything. This is an excellent hotel, well-positioned, courteous staff, great gym facilities, clean and comfy room. Moreover, I accidentally left a personal item behind me after checking out. The staff immediately acted upon this by notifying me and offering a solution to return such item by courier to its owner. A special thanks to Ms. Judy Jia and her team for accommodating my request. I would definitely return to the Marriot Marquis City Centre and recommend anyone travelling to Shanghai to do the same.

Staff molto gentile e parla inglese, appartamento pulito su due livelli, letti comodi, bagno abbastanza grande con una bella doccia, tutto ben pulito, ciabatte e tutto il necessario per il bagno con cambi giornalieri degli asciugamani e delle pantofole, acqua, fazzolettini, armadio sia sopra che sotto, colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata.
