Dating back to 1550, this carefully restored historic building enjoys a quiet location in the heart of Locarno, 100m from Piazza Grande. Boutique Hotel La Rinascente features elegantly styled rooms. This beautiful old building is a treasure hidden up a quiet narrow street close to the Piazza Grande. There is a gracious hospitality offered by the owner, with beautifully presented table service at breakfast. We loved our stay at this hotel.

Everything was perfectly designed and well thought out from the modern architecture and interiors to the small gardens and the excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and quiet, with great value for money. The croissants and bread were outstanding! Location is also a big plus: close to the city center, the lake and, above all, the train station. A perfect stay.

Piccolo Hotel enjoys a quiet location, an 8-minute walk from the Locarno Train Station and the centre of the city. The hotel was about a ten minute walk from the railway station and the lake. It had a wonderful old world feel to it. The staff were most helpful and friendly. A superb breakfast was served.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

Exceptional views straight to Lago Maggiore. Our room was spacious and comfy and the balcony big enough to enjoy the view with a cup of coffee. The staff very friendly and the breakfast very rich and delicious. Also here you could choose to eat inside or outside, on the lake shore, absolutely amazing! It is 5 min walk from the bus stop and in the city centre so walking distance to practically everything. The port is not even 50 m away. Would recommend it!
