The hostess made sure we were comfortable and we got an upgrade to water view, so we could watch the sunrise. All the shops and restaurants are just outside along the boardwalk. Peaceful and quiet all night. We highly recommend staying here.

Berry Village Boutique Motel is located in the historic village of Berry, along the beautiful South Coast and a 10-minute drive from Seven Mile Beach. Location was excellent. Within walking distance of the shops,cafes and resturants. The staff were friendly.

Set alongside a private lake and manicured gardens, Lincoln Downs Resort Batemans Bay features Briars restaurant, a tennis court and a swimming pool. All rooms have free WiFi. The room was well appointed and we had enough room during our visit. It seems to be a popular location, and there were a large number of guests whilst we were there. There was an issue with the kettle, and the staff were more than happy to change it at short notice.
