Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. Amazing hotel, so far the best accomodation on our cycling trip. It's very relaxing, clean, misterious and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. Really didn't want to leave.

Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The property was really well maintained with great facilities. The owners of accommodation were very hands on and had great values They were very knowledgeable about food and wine which made the stay an experience and enjoyable. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!

It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

Located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town of Melk,at the foot of Melk Abbey, the historic Rathauskeller features a restaurant serving traditional Austrian cuisine. The room was large, clean, and so comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing. Every staff member was so helpful and assisted me with questions and getting fantastic meals at the restaurant. I highly recommend a stay here.

Ideally situated in the heart of the city of Krems, at the entrance to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau, the family-run Hotel Unter den Linden is just a few minutes’ walk away from many of the... Very nice location, decor, beds/furniture/bathroom. The bicycle storage was very modern and well thought out. In the evenings you can sit outside in the courtyard, the hotel has a vending machine with various drinks and snacks. The breakfast was phenomenal and they have a very attentive and friendly team/staff to assist. Price is a little higher than usual for us but it was well worth it!!!

Offering direct views of Melk Abbey, Hotel Restaurant zur Post is located right in the centre of Melk. It offers a sauna, free Wi-Fi, and a free bicycle hire. The hotel’s location was fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it convenient for exploring. Parking was free, which was a nice bonus. The check-in process was smooth, and we received our room key earlier than the official check-in time, which was great. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of variety to choose from. There was a minor issue with the coffee machine not working, but the staff addressed it immediately, which I appreciated.

It even had a full-size bath, which was a wonderful bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, making the experience even better. If you're looking for a well-located, comfortable, and spacious stay in Melk, I highly recommend this hotel!
