The fact that The recepcionist waited for us that were supposed to arrive short after midnight. They thought we would arrive later, só they called me to inform they had sent me an email with info for self check in . Also The welcome surprise they have in The rooms .

The view from my room was absolutely stunning – waking up to such a beautiful scene every morning was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. What really stood out was the professionalism of the staff – everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who gave me such a warm welcome upon arrival. Her kindness made me feel at home from the very first moment. I will definitely return on my next trip and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues. Truly a memorable stay!

Primo hotel di design ad avere aperto le porte e arricchito la città con un gioiello architettonico, il Penz Hotel sorge nel cuore di Innsbruck. Location was excellent close to restaurants and shops , the breakfast great and many options of food and fruits every thing fresh, the staff very friendly and I said thank you ( MARVIN ) he was friendly and helpful.

Pool and sauna was a nice facility to have when on the road. Nice rooms comfortable bed . Great location , walked out of the door in the morning after arriving in the dark the night before and just said wow.
