Hira Guest House is an authentic 300-year old house maintained in beautiful condition. The doorway lintels are low as it was customary to bow when entering a room. It is not a western style hotel. The host, Yelos, is a warm and friendly man, who is happy to share his knowledge and love of Nepalese culture and customs. We enjoyed traditional cuisine and shared a meal with his family.

We loved the location and the room was so comfortable looking out over the main square. Welcoming staff who would do anything to make it a nice visit.
