Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

Location is super convenient , stayed in hotel before and after our trip to Austria (thru Muninch). Many restaurants/cafes near around. Easy access through trains to city attractions. Room/Bar with 1Euro beers and free beverages - is very useful and interesting concept. Well though rooms design especially in quiet-room of 2nd floor.

From my personal perspective, Mandarin Oriental Munich is by far the best hotel in the city. This is my fourth stay here, and each time it convinces me even more that it is the perfect choice—it has never disappointed me. The hotel truly values returning guests and shows genuine appreciation for loyalty. The location is excellent, and the staff are absolutely outstanding. Without a doubt, it will remain my only choice whenever I visit this beautiful city.

every thing was fantastic, excellent location just few steps to the sub- way which drop u to the centre within few minutes.     Lovely atmosphere - a real boutique hotel! Central but a bit hidden as well; some very nice restaurants around. I had a nice single room and enjoyed that here was a lounge with bar in the lobby, decorated seasonally with a gorgeous Christmas tree. Very friendly staff!
