The Residence Douz was a wonderful resort, beyond my expectations. It was amazing to be able to relax in the middle of the desert like this. I especially liked the opportunity to experience the Arabic sauna hammam. All the staff, including the manager Mr.Anis Zayana, were very friendly and kind. Bathing suits, T-shirts, flip-flops, sleeveless shirts and bare chests are not permitted in the buffet and theme restaurants. As per my daughter feedback staff are welcomed and greated them well , room was well decorated for her birthday and they offer her cake for her birthday, I really love this surprise, moreover I saw video with variety of foods both breakfast and dinner, I really love it , and she recommend for future visit with family I want to thank all staff for their service
