The hotel is fantastic, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel are spotlessly clean. There are many thoughtful touches. The kids playroom, pool and restaurant are excellent and the staff all made such an effort. We were so impressed with the hotel and the whole experience had at The Pranakorn Heritage Hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Beautifully clean, quiet, close to major tourist attractions. Quiet. Very helpful staff. Receptionists spoke English. Air con worked well. Fresh towelling gowns to chill in after a hot day out. Everything you wanted for breakfast. Delicious fresh fruit. Pool was sparkling clean - although we didn't use it.

Very good room, big ones !! and staff members are very friendly at the same time very professional !! This has become my fav place to stay in BKK!!

I like everything, the location, the facilities in the building the pool on the roof, the spa, the hot tubs, the room was exceptional They thought about everything even a washing machine with the dryer. I will definitely return to this hotel.
