Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

They let us check out around 15:40 so that we can come back and take a shower before we take our flight, which is really what we needed, cause we went to the waterfall in the morning and got wet, would be so nice if we can take a shower before we take the plane!!
