Located in Koror, Palau Central Hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool. Among the facilities at this property are room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. We stayed here three different times while diving and traveling in the area. They took care of our airport transfer as well. The staff is amazing! They helped with anything and everything, even giving us a ride to another resort for a spa day. Breakfast is outstanding! I had the best omelet I have ever tasted here. Ordered one every morning! Coffee and tea are available 24/7. Wifi is good.Did not use the pool, but it looked very clean. Used the gym, which is small but functional. A/C worked great. Rooms were large with balcony. We paid a bit more for the "sea view" rooms which were very nice! They are located in town and so we could walk to the grocery and some restaurants easily. Canoe restaurant (owned by the hotel) was a great option for food and drinks. Highly, highly suggest for anyone traveling to Palau.

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!
