This is my revisit to Piece Lio, and once again, I’m absolutely in love with the serene atmosphere of this place. The room exudes a strong Japanese-inspired design, making it so inviting that I just want to stay in all day. Every detail, from the room amenities to the thoughtful design elements, creates a truly comfortable and welcoming experience. The breakfast is beautifully presented and delicious. I also appreciate the well-maintained pool, the impeccable housekeeping, and the friendly front desk staff. Plus, the location is incredibly convenient—just a short distance from both the airport and the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Diane Residences se encuentra en Mabolo, a 1,8 km de Ayala Center Cebu y a 2,6 km de SM City Cebu. El alojamiento ofrece restaurante y también tiene bar, piscina cubierta y sauna. This is my 4th stay at this hotel, it is perfect in every sense. I liked the room, location near to everything, breakfast and facilities mainly the laundry was perfect.

Free airport transfers, amazing breakfast options, gym pass included (5min walk away) and free use of the mopeds! You communicate via WhatsApp and the staff are so efficient, our breakfast was always delivered on time! The room was immaculate and included free teas /coffees and a tele with Netflix. Right on the beach front so has great views. We were lucky enough to meet Carlos and he was always checking in to make sure our stay was perfect

Very nice Hotel. Friendly staff! Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Good location. Good AC. Will come back for sure!
