The nature around was breathtaking! We loved walking around the frozen lake and the golf course. The spa is amazing- when it’s snowing outside, to soak in a warm jacuzzi was so memorable for our New Years Eve! . The staff is genuinely caring- Dilnaz was incredible and went out of her way to help us have the best experience. We would come back to stay here!

The bonus: you are literally next to the shopping centre with various shops incl. coffee shops😍 Sheraton Club is worth every euro! The evening snacks is actually proper dinner, even with my favourite shrimps! Large room with lots of space for clothes and other belongings. Two bottles of water for free every day. Fast free wi-fi without any issues. And the SPA...OMG, absolutely amazing!!!

The hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms were very good. Also the staff were great and always helpful. A really nice lady called SANDIRA helped us to find our way round the city very quickly and gave us very good recommendations for shopping and restaurants. We used the limousine service for several hours and looked round the whole city. The value for money was fine. Thank you for a great stay!
