Upon the entry to the hotel, you can see how clean and modern it is. Didn't expect it from 3 star hotel at all. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. There's a gym, common kitchen and a laundry room if needed. Cleaning was daily and very thorough. Beds were comfortable with clean bedsheets. Pillow cases were changed every second day.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel/guest house for 3 nights, and we wish we could have stayed longer! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet still quiet. Everything was super clean, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. We loved our bed and our room; it was small but very cozy. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. The Westin Josun Seoul Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the popular Myeongdong and 350 metres from the City Hall Subway Station. Breakfast variety was not really much .

I want to give a big applause to Mr. Eddy Cha at the reception desk, who spent a lot of effort on helping me retrieve my camera case that I left on the taxi. He helped us call the customer service of Uber and contact with the taxi driver. We weren’t even expecting to see the case again and got depressed, until Eddy showed up with my camera case. It was a huge favor and I want to give all my thanks to Eddy, who made our Busan trip joyful!
