They made sure we had everything we needed and always checked up on us. We even had brought a massive watermelon from our travels and they offered to keep it stored in the fridge and cut it up for us. 10/10 would highly reccommend coming here.

Located in Alamedin, ALTO Cabins provides free WiFi. The hotel has a terrace and city views, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. What an amazing place! We loved everything about it: comfortable beds, attentive stuff, stunning views, good breakfast. There is a nice hike one can do from the cabins and continue walking further & further up.

Situated in Bagysh, KyzArt Hotel & Horse Tours has a garden, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by a caring family that went out of their way in making our stay the best it could be! They helped plan and organize our horse trek to Son-Kul lake on the spot without any prior reservations, taking a lot of hassle off of our hands. Their English is perfect which allowed us to get such that little closer to understanding the local culture and habits. And food was excellent so we didn’t have to think about that either.

Lumi is offering accommodation in Bishkek. Featuring a garden, this 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Check-in process was easy. Lumi met me outside the property and a was very helpful. The property was quite new and clean.

Garden Hotel & SPA has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Bishkek. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has city views, and guests can enjoy access to a hammam. I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.
