The room is just as the pictures. I love the style and the staff were very nice to us. Walking distance to center is just 10 minutes .

The rooms were clean, spacious and exactly what we needed after a long day of trekking. The rooftop pool makes it the perfect choice for our trip. Since we were short on time, it was the staff who made it truly unforgettable - upon their advice we entered Petra around 13h30 (1pm) "from the back", meaning starting with the highest point, walking down (after a 50 min hike and a short bus ride) - which was totally worth it. Thank you for your great advice and this unforgettable stay.

The staff (reception, restaurant, pool) was extremely attentive, the service was like in 5 star hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and super super clean (well done housekeeping 10/10!) Food was delicious! We would definitely come back again!

To begin with, we were so happy having decided to stay 3 days in this particular hotel in Petra. In 35 years of travelling we have met very few attentive owners (Ahmad and Mohammad here) of the hotel who got out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel owners even felt responsible for their guests' problems unrelated to the hotel. We had a rental with a dead key fob battery and the first thing we did when we entered the hotel was to ask where we could buy a new battery. The owner Ahmad asked us not to bother and have a rest. He bought the battery himself and refused to take the money. Each time we met one of the owners or a staff member Mahmoud we were asked if we needed something, if everything was fine. The hotel has an underground parking with the lift to upper floors. Our room on the 2nd floor was very spacious, spotless, with a fridge and a kettle and complimentary water. The breakfast was varied, very tasty buns (especially the ones with cinnamon). We found the location excellent for our needs. A five minute drive to Petra visitor centre, a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants , a 3 minute walk to the bakery (try kullaj -flaky pastry). Should we decide to visit Petra again, we will undoubtedly stay in the same hotel.
