Our room was spotless and quiet; housekeeping did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra at the reception. We arrived in Rome to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alessandra provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a special greeting for my daughter at breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening, Alessandra was the first to ask, "How did your birthday celebration go along?" On our last day, we left our luggage at reception to spend a few final hours in the city. We miscalculated the time, got caught in traffic, and had to run across the city center to pick our suitcases on the way to the train station. When we finally reached the hotel, exhausted and desperate, the lady at reception (whose name we didn't catch) offered us water, called a taxi, and literally saved us. Thanks to her quick assistance, we made it to our train just in time. All in all, it's 10 out of 10 to the staff. The kindness and attention of the hotel's staff created a very special atmosphere, making us feel noticed, welcomed, and cared for.

AR Suites&Art is located in Bergamo, 400 metres from Centro Congressi Bergamo and less than 1 km from Teatro Donizetti Bergamo. Fantastic location, 2 minute walk from train station. The apartment was very specious, nice big fluffy towels, super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette. The man at the reception was super friendly and very helpful. If we ever fly from Bergamo again then we definitely will be back there.

Hotel Miratorre superior features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Pisa. This 3-star hotel offers luggage storage space and free WiFi. We arrived late at night and our host came to welcome us. We were also late for dinner and asked him to recommend a place. He proposed a few restaurants nearby and after that he shared that he also has a restourant. We decided to try his and he even took us there by his car (we were tired from the trip). The dishes were tasty and the personnel was really nice. I strongly recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Location is also perfect as it is on walking distance from Pisa tower.

Featuring a garden, a shared lounge as well as a bar, Hotel Maximus is located in the centre of Rome, 300 metres from Repubblica - Teatro dell'Opera Metro Station. Very nice hotel. Easy walk from the station, to sights, restaurants, and parks. The breakfast selection is one of the best I have seen in Roma. I chose the smallest room which was adequate, clean and comfortable. Furnishings and fixtures are all relatively new. This is a family run hotel and everyone was extremely nice. A special thank you to Roberta and Giulia working the front desk. I visit Roma several times a year and this is now my go to place. It is always people that make a moment memorable and all who work here contribute to the experience.
