This is an old traditional Haveli right smack in the middle of the Johori bazar - jewelry and textile HQ buzzing with thousands of merchants. The family had it classified as a national monument to be able to pay the upkeep and continue to live there. The cook make the delicious daily menu for dinner and everyone who wishes to eats together. The multicultural owners (father and son) are there to talk to with guests on a deeper level than just organizing drivers (which they do well also). Appreciated their openness and generosity.

All the staff are friendly and accommodating specially their Manager i didn't know his name, a big thank you for him. They always maintain the cleanliness of the room. The food is delicious super like it and affordable.

L'hotel è curato in ogni particolare: le camere sono ampie e ben arredate, ciascuna decorata in modo diverso. Il bagno è grande e dotato di ogni comodità (c'era anche una maschera per il viso in omaggio!) Ricchissima colazione, con la possibilità di scegliere tre piatti diversi a testa. Abbiamo cenato nell'albergo della stessa proprità, usufruendo del trasporto gratuito. Noi abbiamo avuto lo sconto Genius, ma comunque il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo anche a prezzo pieno.

The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

The hotel had a good vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfy, and I had a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a good experience.
