Hotel staff was very kind and going extra mile to help.Also the manager, Mrs Miracle is such a great person. I will for sure use this hotel on all my trips to Gondar!

We enjoyed our two-night stay. Senait, Solomon, the chef and the entire staff were great. Very professional, helpful, friendly... Our room was clean and comfortable as was the entire Inn. Next time I will enjoy the Tony Bar more as well as the terrace. We have good souvenirs of our stay. Thank you very much.
