This accommodation ticks all the boxes. Brand new, clean, the owners are so friendly we actually ended up chatting with them over a beer during evenings (there's no kitchen yet, but it's possible to buy a variety of food and drinks that are available in fridges). Breakfast had a reasonable variety with the owners preparing eggs or sausages upon request. We're coming back in a week, so I guess that speaks for itself. Plus, there's 2x11kw charger for your e-car.

This hotel is the best I stayed in Europe in term of services. I really enjoy the place. Though the hotel is not grand but they give you free drinks including alchohol day and night. All the staffs are helpful and friendly. They give you advices about where to go for lunch and dinner. They even make reservation for our group several times. Also they provide free car service to drop you at the Prague castle. The room was quite. The location is great. Walkable to city centre and all good restuarants.

Tasty and varied breakfast. Very charming building, privacy guaranteed. Warm and cozy inside the room. The location is perfect to explore Prague, it is at a walking distance from all most important sites while it is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, close to Loreta and Prague Castle.

The room was beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean. The hotel is charming and quiet. Jan, the owner, was very approachable and helpful. We have an excellent stay.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and making sure we have everything we needed. The location was also ideal, as the area is residential, so it is quiet, but still close to cafes, grocery shops and very good restaurants. Public transportation was very convenient - there are many trams stations near the hotel (the closest one being tram 23), which we used almost daily. For the more adventurous, the 30-40 minute walk to the historic city center is a lovely way to explore the charming streets of Prague. If we return to Prague, we'll definitely stay here again.

An extremely charming micro-hotel with a fantastic restaurant. The decor of the rooms and restaurant has a warm cottage atmosphere; decorated with great taste and heart. I can't wait to see the next part of this facility that is being expanded. At least there will be another reason to come back.

Amazing owner/host, personally greeted at reception, showed the hotel and lovingly served breakfast himself every morning! He even gave a lot of sticker books to our 6 year old which she loved. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place is tastefully decorated. We loved every bit of it.

Beautiful renovated historical building, interiors decorated with attention to details, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and had to enter the property all by ourselves but we were guided by the the staff remotely and all went smooth. Overall atmosphere was unique and we felt very welcome.

Breakfast was amazing. Rooms had working air-conditioning which was very important for me! Soundproof was excellent. For me the location is perfect because is not on a very busy road and is just 10-12 minutes walk from the Old town. The staff is super helpful and I would like to thank them for their understanding for my special requests. I definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks for everything!

Very well situated, comfortable hotel. Nicely fitted , clean and comfy bed. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful spaces, inside and out ! Friendly, warm and welcoming staff with flawless service. The room was enormous, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the spa and small but well equipped gym. Excellent pool. The picnic lunch in the garden is also highly recommended. They even remembered a gift of homemade treats they had forgotten from our last stay 18 months ago !
