It’s a beautiful small new hotel in the middle of a peaceful stunning landscape. The owner and his staff are very friendly and courteous. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! Everything fresh right from the garden. The room was very clean and the interior and equipment was great. It was actually one of our best stays in Armenia. We can definitely recommend this gorgeous hotel!

The house is truly charming, built in wood with large bay windows offering breathtaking views of the magnificent mountains. You immediately feel connected to the surrounding nature. A big thank you to the whole family for their warm welcome: to Artyom’s father, who drove us up in his 4x4, giving us an amazing experience on those winding roads, always with good humor and a smile; and to Artyom and his wife for the delicious dinner and the wonderful visit to Smbataberd. Great place surrounded with country landscapes. Comfortable staying with rural spirit, very tasty and special breakfast (strongly recommend!). We've stayed with company of 5 friends and liked everything inside the accommodation.

We stayed for three nights in Hin Yetevantsi after travelling around different areas across Armenia and out of all the hotels we stayed at for the past two weeks this was definitely one of the best if not the best! Great staff First of all, amazing support from the warm and friendly staff - especially Alex who was responsive with any questions even before we checked in making us feel comfortable and looked after! He really took care of us and shared his number for any questions and concerns. It was our second time in armenia and has seen most places but if it'd for your first time their tours and help would be a great way to get around! If it's your first (or second or third time) - I would recommend this place to know more and appreciate the people and culture of armenia!) Also thank you to Arthur for helping us our bags with during breakfast! Beautiful interior The interior of the hotel and the little details not only add beautiful character to the hotel, it was also well maintained and a blend of old school but with all the modern comforts as heaters and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable. Good breakfast Great breakfast! The breakfast options were laid out beautifully and delicious and just right. I like their coffee and tea selection and it was a great meal before a day of walking around. Perfect location Probably the best part is the location. It's a short 5-10 minute walk from the opera house and the cascades, which are always great. Especially durinh winter where we went ice skating. It's also 15 minute walk to Republic square and vernissage. All around are amazing restaurants so you'll never run out of options. Also SAS supermarket and money exchange was nearby so it was all very convenient. All in all a big thank you to everyone there! Look forward to a summer visit soon!

Fantastic view from the room, super quiet, super friendly owners

We just can say that we fell in love with this place! It is a calm oasis where you can relax enjoying a swim with nice mountain views, or or enjoy great Armenian dishes prepared with love by the staff. The owner is very caring and always happy to help, as he says, he is the genius to make your dreams come true ;) Thanks for everything, we will definitely come back sooner or later!

Great place that is comfortable with a homely feel.

Such a magical and relaxing place! Staying here felt like stepping into a fairytale. It’s the perfect spot to disconnect from everyday stress and just enjoy peace and nature. The host was super friendly and genuinely kind — always happy to help with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a quiet, nature-filled escape, this place is an absolute must!

The room, the bathroom and the balcony were spacious and very tastefully equipped. The huge curtains can create a real night any time you want, so you just want to sleep in that comfortable bed the whole time. The breakfast is super tasty and with its big variety will suit any picky eater. Everything was very clean and fresh and the staff was always there for us with a friendly smile and without pushy attitude. Thank you! Highly recommended.

It was clean and safety and have a kitchen

Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return. It’s a high-quality, classy hotel in Yerevan.
