The bed was perfectly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade donuts which were a real treat. The room was super clean and had a beautiful view, and watching the sunset from the restaurant was a memorable experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, promptly replacing my fridge when it wasn't working. The coffee was great, made even better by the handsome and lovely staff. Highly recommend this place for a delightful, clean stay with excellent service

Situated within 43 km of Zaravina lake, The Stone Sky Hotel in Gjirokastër has a number of amenities including a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. The staff was the nicest and most attentive I have yet experienced. They carried our luggage all the way up to the hotel because there were only steps, no ramps. They also parked our car because the parking situation is a bit difficult there. The receptionist gave us inspiration on what to do in the city and also recommended the free walking tour to us, which was great. The room was very pretty and smelled really nice the first time we entered, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast was amazing, they prepared it freshly for us and served it to the table. The fried eggs were spot on. It was also nice to sit on the terrace while having good coffee. The way to the city center was a bit of a climb but with the shortcut the staff showed us it was manageable.

The hotel is new, opened last year, and very modern. I had the suite 401, what can I say, I could see the sea from my bed when the curtains were open. The beach is just across the street, sunbeds were free. Breakfast is buffet, but has anything you could possibly want. It is the same every day, bur you can create your own combinations. All the staff are super nice and friendly. But, I must point out Bella, the owner who also works in the hotel, alongside her staff. Super friendly, smile and patience for everyone. I have some mobility issues, but she was there helping me, running pharmacy errands for me, genuinely caring, checking to see how I was. When the soles of my flipflops separated, she found the super glue to fix them - they lasted till the end of my stay, but she offered to go to town and buy a pair. An amazing lady. I would also like to point out the great massage lady Anisa. Her daily massages really helped my legs You can find many modern hotels everywhere, but you won't find such passionate, dedicated, customer-service oriented staff everywhere. You will find that at Mazarine Hotel. I was deeply touched, honestly. I would gladly return to this hotel. Excellent, thank you dear staff for everything. P.S. they have beach towels, just ask for them. That's great because towels can occupy a lot of space in the suitcase.

Very friendly staffs, the standard double room was clean, wifi was smooth, spa was wonderful, seafood pasta and fish soup made by the bar were very good.

Located in Durrës, 1.3 km from Shkëmbi i Kavajës Beach, Olivia's Hill Resort provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. We were here 2 years ago, now it's even better. Pool area is big with lot of sun umbrellas, deskchairs, with silence and forest view. It was clean. Breakfast is good, with lot of fruits and sweets, however it could be more savory dishes. Comfortable and nice beds. Parking in garage or in front of hotel, both secure and safe. Warm and welcoming staff, both at reception and in restaurant. Restaurant with traditional food had great food and staff.
