We had intended travelling around the area but found ourselves spending a lot of the time at the property because it was so peaceful. Our hosts were always on hand if we needed them and provided us with an amazing welcome gift of wine and other treats. Sitting outside to have dinner whilst we watched the sunset and enjoyed the local wildlife aws a highlight.

And I have to mention the sweetest dog who stayed in the house with us - such a tender, playful creature, always ready for cuddles (and for snacking on anything we forgot to put in the fridge, but she was so adorable we couldn’t even be mad!). We left with the warmest memories and truly hope to come back one day.
