Terrific spacious accommodation with lovely gardens and a very caring owner. Immaculately clean with excellent shower and comfortable bed. Living room downstairs and garden seating. Good parking and only 5 minutes walk to excellent very inexpensive local restaurant. Extremely convenient for catching the ferry at Santander or for staying a few days and exploring. Beautiful countryside and beaches close eg Comillas and Santillana del Mar

This is a wonderful rural property overlooking the beautiful town of Santillana del Mar. It was a short drive or walk into town and a reasonable drive to the Picos de Europa. We were a group of 5 and found the house had everything we needed and had comfortable beds. It is peaceful, scenic and charming. We would definitely stay again. The owner met us to let us in. Although language was a difficulty he was welcoming and managed to explain all we needed to know. Thank you, Jesus, for a very enjoyable stay.

The owner was very helpful and also her contacting me prior to arrival with the way descriptions was very thoughtful. The room was lovely decorated, clean, a nice bathroom with a decent hairdryer. Breakfast was good - everything I needed. The location is really good as well, close to everything.

    Beautiful view from our window of countryside with mooing cows. Location is quiet, but only a two minute walk into the town. Beatrix was super helpful with suggestions and seems to really enjoy what she does. Spotlessly clean room.
