In fact, I think this was the best accommodation I’ve experienced in the last two years of traveling. The owners, Mira and Jochen, are such wonderful people — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special mention to Nickolas, the chauffeur they arranged for us, who was also a genuinely lovely person. You all made this trip unforgettable. I got in contact with the reserve and told them about my plans and requested them to assist with the set-up. They took us out on a private game drive whilst the staff was preparing a breakfast spot at the view point. Everyone assisted and overshot expectations. Apart from the lengths they went to to make the moment special, the whole weekend was amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly and one feels at home. I would definitely recommend Summerplace for a weekend break away.
