La Folie Lodge is a wonderful place with very friendly staff and great location to explore the South of Laos. The sunsets and the Mekong view from the bungalows are just breathtaking!

Our room was clean, had a fridge, comfortable beds and a cozy outside area where one could meet the other guests or hang out with the owner who is a really lovely lady! Not only did she provide us with great tips for local restaurants, she also works together with other companies so that a guest can, for example, rent a scooter through those companies which will then be brought to the guesthouse. The place itself is also very colorful which is charming! I recommend this place as it is good value for money :)

The room was clean, spacious with great aircon and shower. It had fridge and kettle and bottles of water daily. The pool was beautiful and clean with an amazing view over the countryside and an amazing place to chill on their numerous sunbeds. There was also a sauna in the pool area. The on site coffee shop was convenient and their cakes were nice. The restaurant did some really nice dishes for dinner.
