By far, this was the best hotel we stayed in China. Owners are really friendly, they picked us up from the train station and then took us to the bus terminal when we had to leave. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Definetely we will come back. Highly recommended!!!

The unit includes two washing machines and a place to hang clothes to dry. It has both a traditional squat toilet and a western-style toilet. It is on the sixth floor of an elevator building with two elevators. The view is onto the surrounding buildings of the area and the courtyard. As this is in Kunming, Yunnan, it is usually at a comfortable temperature, at least when I stayed throughout the month of August (which was also rainy at times). I was able to arrange transportation to and from Kunming airport with the host of the property, who oriented me at the place and gave me the key fob for the building. All in all, a seamless experience.
