Don’t look further, stay here! Near the West gate entrance. Thankfully that Lucas mentioned to us about the distance to the West gate. Our guide wanted to enter the East gate, which was an hour drive. We could use the washing machine (detergent incl) and hang the clothes of a dry rack. Paid extra for dinner and breakfast, the food were delicious. The room was spacious and clean just like the pictures.

Il Tongfu inn (In the National Forest) sorge nel centro del Parco Forestale Nazionale di Zhangjiajie, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della funivia Yangjiajie e a 1,2 km dal Parco Forestale Ovest di... Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il nostro soggiorno preferito nel nostro viaggio in Cina. La struttura é immersa nella natura. É piuttosto lontana dalla città, ma è a 5 minuti a piedi dall’ingresso al Parco Naturale (West Gate). Carol é stata gentilissima e ci ha aiutato a prenotare i biglietti e ci ha tracciato l’itinerario da percorrere. Il cibo servito nella struttura era ottimo e a buon prezzo.

We had have been this hotel for 7 nights. While we were in hotel and travelled forest park or other scenic spots, every staffs supported us in many cases. First of all, when we stay in this hotel we can contact to housekeeper in charge of picking up at airport, booking tickets for park entrance and ordering breakfast and supper at any time by WECHAT. If you are not familiar to Chinese letter and language, you can ask the housekeeper to book tickets or talk to taxi driver instead of you by WECHAT in English. Every staffs are kind and supportive even though they pay taxi fare instead of me when my Alipay got stuck. This hotel is near the "southeast gate" of forest park. You can walk through southeast gate in 5 minutes and take a shuttle bus to "水绕四门" from which you can go any scenic spot by transferring other shuttle bus. If you would like to go trekking to Jinbian Stream, this hotel is in the best location.

The people were very kind, responsive and caring during my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything I needed. They even drove me to Zhangjiajie National Park each time I went and recommended a route for me to take. The inn offers dinner service as well, which was very convenient and tasty. They made me feel welcome and at home.
