This place is a real find. Well constructed, modern and super clean. Covered porch with comfy chairs and a dining table. Perfectly appointed studio cabin with a well equipped full kitchen. A/C. Screened windows. Queen size bed. The back covered porch has a full size washer and clothes line. A real plus for Aitutaki is the strong free wifi. Your delightful host, Kura, will pick you up at the airport and take you to the grocery store if you need it. You can walk to the main small town but renting a scooter or car will let you explore this stunning island. Highly recommended.

Vaea and Marokii are lovely hosts. Their bungalows and their treatment deserves a 12/10. Keep up the good work you two. If we ever come back to Aitutaki, we definitely want to stay there again. We also recommend doing the lagoon trip with Marokii and getting the scooter, there is quite a lot to see. So enjoy your time on the island, it is simply stunning.

The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach.
