The accommodation offered everything we needed, we had a lot of space, the location was nice and quiet - we had a wonderful time there. We had a lot of fun because all the machines are singing a melody created by an Austrian composer ;)

The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Camosun College. What a fantastic stay my partner and I had here! There’s loads of small touches that we greatly appreciated and Julia is a wonderful host. Couldn’t recommend this place more, if you’re staying in Langford.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. great view and the property makes the most of it with outstanding views from the living area and deck. The gas heater on the deck was a welcome addition. The laundry in the 2nd bedroom was a little quirky but worked well and the washer and dryer were very efficient. The kitchen is well equipped and the pots and pans are a good size if you were cooking for the 4 guests that the property sleeps. Angela was super helpful and understanding. The property was very clean and well presented. It was toasty warm which was appreciated on a cold and rainy spring day. It was walking distance to a couple of eateries although we self catered. We loved our stay and it was hard to leave!

The rooms come with a balcony with views of the river. Lovely place for a getaway, really nice to look out on the estuary and watch all the birds and everything else going on. Rusted Rake just down the road is a lovely place to eat too!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 19 km from Royal Roads University. We had a delightful time at Baylight. The downstairs apartment is clean and feels fresh, the beds were super comfortable (in fact I peeked at the brand so I would know for future mattress purchases) and the whole place is adorably decorated. They are still working on getting the kitchen set up, so if you are coming in the near future, bring meals and foods you can warm up in the microwave, bagels for the toaster, and don’t forget the ice cream which you can have while enjoying the gorgeous view outside your door. Catherine and Jeff were wonderful to work with and very responsive. All around, a wonderful home base for those planning on exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island.
