The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Camosun College. We highly recommend this place to stay in Langford. Julia's place is awesome, very clean and comfortable. Julia and her family are extraordinarily kind and polite. It's very easy to reach Victoria from Julia's house. We would definitely try to stay there again. Thank you so much Julia.

The simple kitchen comes with microwave, fridge (a freezer is separated for ice cream ), washing machine, a sink and pots & plates stuff. The owner of the room is very nice helpful. A tour guide book was designed by the host to help us to make a better travel plan. The location is easy to use buses and Skytrain to different places. Overall, we had a good time during our stay ❤❤
