We like the big terrace and the garden with parking and trees where children can play without afraid they can go on the street. Kitchen is equipped with all amenities. Beach is near. We could go anywhere without a car. Near are restaurants and markets. Our host gave us everything we missed in the flat. Washing machine is available. We would definitely come again. Recommend for families with children.

Lady and the English speaking person on booking were very helpful with all our requests.

The villa, set in a building dating from 2005, is 37 km from Skanderbeg Square and 41 km from Dajti Ekspres Cable Car. Durres Amphiteatre is 3.5 km from the villa and House of Leaves is 36 km away. We really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Tian. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped — we had everything we needed to cook our own meals, including clean and usable kitchenware. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

When we did not get our luggage from Tirana Airport the hosts were so kind and helped us with calling the Airport and even calling so that it could be delivered to the house! If it was not for them we have no clue if our luggage would ever come to us, we will be forever grateful for that. Everything was super clean, truly the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Superb location only 2 minutes to walk to the beach and right around the corner with supermarket and good restaurants. Truly can not stress enough how incredibly helpful and kind the hosts are! Our stay in Villa Kristiano 21 was great and we enjoyed every part of it, from the magnificent view, the lovely family managing the villa- Andy and his wife, their beautiful children and Theo, you feel like you are being hosted by family members, Andy and his wife didn’t manage a single effort to help us and all with a smile, the breakfast was great, kept us full all day long. We will definitely come back ! We recommend to everyone who is looking for a peaceful place, far from the hustle and the noise of the city.
