I stayed for an overnight with my brother. As i turned the A/C ON twas noisy and the filter is dusty. so I took the A/C filter out to wash and clean.

The photos do not do this special place justice. We loved our stay here so much that we extended an extra night. It is an oasis of beauty on the outskirts of the city! Every little detail has been so well thought out, the treehouse and grounds have been designed with love. The bedroom and ensuite are very comfortable and clean with a kitchen and seating area situated below with a beautiful view of the river and lily pond. It is the perfect place to relax. The owners, Raul and Rosie, are wonderful and made us feel right at home. Special thank you to Jessa for helping us with anything we needed.

The place is brand new. The apartment is located in a quiet area in the countryside, and just a short walk to the main road where we could catch a TukTuk. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable with good pillows. There is a private toilet, which is small but comfortable and have a very nice hot shower. It was nice to have our own kitchen. The Kitchen is basic but there is all you need. Wifi was good (see picture). The host is very friendly and the communication was easy. And we enjoyed our stay.

Brilliant time spent here, beautiful place, very comfy, clean, spacious, great shower, air con and fully working kitchen, we loved being able to make our own food and relax in the lounge area, loads of kitchen utensils had everything we needed! They had a bike for us to use at a great price for the whole stay, they even brought us the bike to the ferry when we arrived and we were allowed to use it to get back also which was a great help, the family were always next door if ever you needed them and were so lovely they helped us with info on what to do on our days here, we enjoyed it here a lot great location in the middle of all the sights and near lots of local shops and stalls for groceries, thank you for a wonderful time!

As all the other reviews say, this is a truly special place - the glass windows gives a unique panoramic view of the ocean from inside the house and on the balcony. It’s a really quiet spot right on the south of Cebu, where the only people you’ll see are the fisherman going in and out on their boats. The hidden hatch takes you down to the ocean (bring shoes to go in the sea with) - we saw a clown fish just in front of the house! The pool and planting are like a luxury resort, but with no other guests and the infinity pool is even better than the pictures! Wilson is available should you need any assistance, and couldn’t have been nicer. We either walked to the Belgian restaurant (who also deliver) for brunch, or ordered takeaways from the Italian place for dinner to enjoy on the balcony, but taxis are available easily to get to either. Karen was very easy to communicate with throughout, super helpful and arranged our transfer from the airport.

Ken and his partner were lovely, warm and friendly at all times and gave us helpful tips and advice when we needed it. Their place is exactly as described, with the most beautiful views of the mountain ranges in Valencia. The facilities provide everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. If you want a mountain getaway with incredible views, this place is for you.

The view was fantastic, and the place was clean. Demer, the property's caretaker, was very friendly and helpful. He accompanied us to see the whale sharks and even assisted us with changing a flat tire. The location is perfect; however, it's necessary to have a means of transportation since it is outside the city. The sea visible from the balcony is breathtaking, as well as the little private beach below. We saw more turtles here in one day than we did in an entire week in Moalboal.
