At first we couldn't find it. But after a phonecall to the number at the bookingreservation, we received the right address. The host was humble, very friendly and we felt really welcome there. The summit house is just magical , the location is really nice , very calm , we enjoyed the sunset on the bench with the view of beautiful mountains, just in front of the property. The house is well equipped with everything, if you need something you can just ask the owner who’s super kind , he speaks a bit of English but his cousins helps with all communication efficiently . We ask them to prepare us a dinner and breakfast which was really nice and tasty . There a bbq but also a kitchen if you want to cook . The house is clean and comfortable. We truly recommend this place ! We have leaved in oman for few years and we know several places , this one thick a lot of good boxes !

Me and my girlfriend spent a night in this beatiful house. The house is very big and comfortable, it has got all the services you need, including a private parking. We asked for dinner and breakfast and the neighbors prepared typical Omani dishes for us, really good! The place is amazing, you are in Jabal Shams at 1900 meters on the sea level, the landscape is breathtaking and is near the beginning of the balcony walk hiking, a 5 km trekking that is wonderful because you walk on the edge of the amazing Wadi Ghul.

Jabal Shams Villa is located in Sa‘ab Banī Khamīs and features a heated pool and garden views. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace.

We were warmly welcomed by Ali and Amjad. The property was very clean and comfortable. There is a well-equiped kitchen. Bring sufficient food as the nearest shops are a 30 minute drive away. The road is very winding and night driving wouldn’t be advised. The guest house is a convenient 40 minute drive to the W6 Balcony Canyon Walk.
