More Days i had, more Days i would Stay with Ruwan. (Extended from 3 to 5 nights) It's a very Nice place to Stay in Mirissa, i can tell you. 1st, i slept like a baby. AC working, WiFi working, mosquito net in place. Very chilled Room and very clean also  2nd, very good breakfast 3rd, short walking distance from mainroad, turtle beach, Mirissa beach... 4th, Ruwan Will Help you with come and go from Colombo airport (extra price, of course) and Will Help with Tuk Tuk rides. He is a great host and Will Help with everything he can I really liked it , and i can recommend Ruwan

We stayed at Kingsman Villa for four nights, and it was absolutely perfect! The owner, Kasun, is such a kind and humble host—always ready to help with anything. The villas are brand new and have everything you need: quiet air conditioning, excellent bathroom facilities, and even a private mini pool, which was perfect for cooling off after a beach day or workout. There are also smaller rooms available if you prefer. Kasun arranged a scooter for us and a tuk-tuk for our departure, making everything super easy. They also organize river tours, which is a great extra touch. Breakfast was included, and every day we got to choose from a menu. We already miss the banana pancakes and chocolate-banana roti—so delicious! Kasun even helped with surprising my boyfriend for his birthday during breakfast and even got him a gift—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. If we ever come back to Sri Lanka, we will definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate—just book your stay at Kingsman Villa!

We had a great experience at this villa. The house is new and clean, with well-working air conditioning and comfortable mattresses. The yard is lovely, and peacocks often visit in the mornings. There’s a secure parking space with an automatic gate. The balcony offers a nice view, and the villa is easily accessible by a proper asphalt road. While there’s a railway nearby, trains don’t pass too often, so it wasn’t a big issue. The hosts are young and friendly, live separately, and respect your privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The room is very modest and simple, but you won’t need more than that! There’s a cute balcony with a table, where I enjoyed both an amazing dinner cooked by the mum and the wife of Chanaka and the breakfast. I loved being slightly outside Mirissa centre and the perks of being on a tree house are that you hear birds in the night and early morning instead of cars!

We styayed for a night.. The property itself atranged for whale watching.. Luckily we got to see both whale n dolphin.. Opposite they have restyarant also.. Overall good experience

The family that run the place were so helpful. Great value for money, with a big bed room, sofa with a smart tv and a dinning table. Also a hot shower. Couldn’t recommend this place any more.
