We are a family of five and had a perfect stay at Kulassa Homes! It's spacious, clean and comfortable. And the best part are the owners! They did everything they could to make our stay the best possible. Even though we arrived quite late they prepared us a very good dinner, arranged a safari for the next day and made sure we meet our driver in the early morning. We felt very welcomed. Big recommendation for this place!

I had an amazing stay at Yu T Home Stay Anuradhapura! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was great—close to "Anuradhapura puja city" (Near 3KM ) but still quiet and peaceful. Place was very clean and have everything I needed. They have kitchen, dining room, attached bathrooms per each room. Kitchen is Fully equipped with gas cylinder, burner, rice cocker, pots, knives, cutting board and everything needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. I’d definitely come back again! 😍

The property is located just about 200m from the Puttalam-Anuradhapura main road, in a calm and quite neighborhood, overlooking a paddifield in the distance. Ideal for a relaxing stay. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the sacred Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi temple. I went with my family, the moment we entered the property, we were really impressed with the cleanliness. The garden, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and everything else was well cleaned and maintained. The place was absolutely spotless. The owners even recommended few places to dine-in & the food was delicious. The place offers everything you look forward for a peaceful and calm stay. Will definitely be going back. Thank You for the hospitality.

Prageeth, the owner, may quite be the kindest individual I have ever come across. His property was in a quiet location, away from the hustle of Anuradhapura centre. There was no noise other than the wildlife outside. The check-in procedure was extremely simple and straight forward. Prageeth met us as we arrived and showed us around. He mentioned that we were his first foreign guests! The house was very clean, it was well furnished and whatever we could see wasn't provided, Prageeth provided for us. We required a gas cooker and some plates, he got those for us within 30 minutes. We talked to Prageeth about our plans and he kindly offered to organise a tour for us around Anuradhapura Ancient City. He joined in with the tour, using his personal car to transport us from place to place, whilst a tour guide and another tourist couple were alongside us. His service during the tour was second to none, and we were even extremely lucky to be given the honour of participating in a Buddhist ceremony, something that even the locals do not participate in! The day of our departure, we had planned to use Uber/PickMe to organise the transfer to our next stop in Sri Lanka. Prageeth, not wanting to let us depart without knowing that we were safe, offered to transfer us to our next destination, with a stop in Polonnaruwa along the way (this saved us a lot of stress in organising a tour the day after). He did charge for these additional services, but they were significantly cheaper than similar services from tour companies and I can guarantee we would not have received the same service. I cannot stress enough the service we received from Prageeth. For our first time in Sri Lanka, it was the ultimate welcome from the kindest person.

Very nice architecture and peaceful place with lot of big trees and nature. Roofs are very tall and decos are beautiful. Staff is very warming helpful and caring. They treated as we were they are own family. Very nice with kids and they prepared specially according to them and us. Local food was very delicious made by chef and not only kids but also adults enjoyed them lot. Place is Very closed to all the main attractions. We loved staying in there and we will recommend and we’ll come back with big pleasure!!!

Very beautiful neighbourhood, recommended if you need to refresh and need time for yourself and being undisturbed. Vipassana center is near so perfect before/after the 10days course. It is way out of my budget but I had to find a place where I can get better as I got a bit sick and despite it was a bit expensive for my budget as a solo traveller, I did not regret coming. The host is super nice, great breakfast and dinner is at a very reasonable price. There are temples to visit around, I can imagine this place is super for a couple. Room is super nice, huge and comfy beds. There is kettle and fridge in the room.

    The owner Gohan and his family are very welcoming. The place is nice and quiet, near the city center. The breakfast is rich, you can taste some tipical specialties from Sri Lanka. Gohan kindly drove me to Anuradhapura heritage sites, shown me the place and explained some of the history of the ancient Sinhalese civilization. I truly recommend to stay with them
