Absolutely charming and peaceful place. It was our last night in Japan and it was the perfect ending. Pics don’t do it justice. It is a place to stay and enjoy, not just to sleep.

The place is incredible! How is it not booked month in advance? Located near a beautiful lake halfway between Nagoya and Takayama amidst mountains, the cabin is really big an spacious and has tons of facilities. It had everything we needed and the host was wonderfull. She can speak some english but if you can a little japanese, it will be very helpful.

Hirosh was so welcoming when we arrived, and helped us find a great place for dinner. He taught us a little Shamisen and played some songs from Ghibli movies. The room and amenities were comfortable and clean. The location and building were beautiful. I wish I stayed longer.

Great location for a quiet weekend far from the crowd. The view from the terrace is amazing. The surrounding of the accomodation is stunning. The bathroom with view on the river left us speechless. Nature lovers, we consider going again!
