This is one of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed in. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding mountains from the wraparound windows in the living room. Reclining in the hot tub and enjoying the view was one of the highlights of the trip. Good, clear instructions from the owner on how to get in.

We had a very joyful stay in Namshestar. The flat has a great view over the fjord to the Esja mountain. Everything was very clean and with cozy inventory. Also Ragnheidur is a very pleasant and kind host, always available and helping at any time (even with preparing a delicious birthday surprise for my girlfriend :)). The property was fantastic - very clean and with excellent facilities. A lovely home away from home. A very cosy and comfortable place to return to after a day's exploring. Our host Thora was brilliant and always at hand to help with anything, from tips on where to eat, places to visit and so on. We loved our stay and won't stay anywhere else should we return!
