Our host, Bony, was very lovely and friendly. He took us around Munnar and showed us around his farm, and always stopped off to buy us local treats! Breakfast each day was also really delicious, made fresh by his Mum each morning! Incredible value and felt really authentic, thank you so much, Bony!

We loved our stay with Shijo and Suzanne. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including hot water! The area is calm and we had some good sleep there. Meals prepare by hosts every morning and evening were super yummy. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful homestay, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The host was truly exceptional - one of the most helpful and kind-hearted individuals I've ever met. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He even offered to bring groceries for us, which was a lovely surprise! Throughout our stay, he was always willing to help us in every manner, providing valuable recommendations and insights about the local area. The homestay itself was beautiful, with clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated rooms. The property was lovely, and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay. The host's exceptional service, combined with the comfortable and convenient accommodations, make this a truly unforgettable experience. 100% Recommended!

I liked many things about Ross Cottage. The location is outside of the busy area but close enough to walk/auto there easily. Munnar itself is a scenic 35min drive away. My room was spacious, comfortable and had all the basic things I needed. The hosts let me check in early and were helpful to arrange an auto driver for me. Mr Baby, the host, was really friendly and welcoming. He checked in on my several times (I was solo travelling) and brought me coffee as the rooms aren't equipped with kettle. The room has AC, hot water, and a safe. The only thing I would highlight is that the cottage is on the main/only road in and out of Munnar. Whilst it's not busy like other parts of India, there is some traffic noise in the early mornings which some people might find disturbing - just bring ear buds and you'll be fine.

    Single,elderly, male traveller. Visiting during my 3rd week of an 11 week tour of India. For peace and the outstanding attention provided by the hosts and their people, - not in any way intrusive or familiar, this was my best experience so far. A limited personal interest in agriculture or horticulture possibly influenced my choices and decision to lodge outside Munnar. Well done Drizzle Valley Cottage! Thank you.

    I love everything about Moselberg Riverside cottages. The view, the actual cabin, the feel, the breeze it was perfect sharing it with my fiancee. the staff was super awesome and nice. breakfast was above average. the staff arranged our tuktuk transportstion for a tour in Spice Garden and Tea Plantation and same tuktuk for our ride back to the city of Munnar. Overall is a wonderful experience!
