Location, location, location Close to all main happenings yet quiet to sleep. A/C on both floors, well equipped kitchen, rooms, as well as the bathrooms (newly renovated). The backyard is little gem , having coffee under the fig tree and picking them up at the same time! Grapes is surrounding the garden and when laying on the lounge chair one feels like in Caesar’s time. Beautiful, beautiful place!!! I’d give more than 10 but they didn’t give me the option. The owner, Ms. Tanja Bobinac is an amazing person who would go extra mile to accommodate her guests so we felt more like a family than guests. Great woman with open mind, knowledgeable and a lot to learn from her. We’re definitely looking forward to seeing her again soon and staying in her home.

We spent 10 days in this really nice old town house with two kids. The location is great with an easy access to the beaches, shops, bars, restaurants, you name it... and you live directly in the city centre. The host was fantastic and looked after us all the time. What not to like about it! P.S. Be prepared to carry on your luggage from the nearest parking space to the house for a few minutes. Nothing you cannot manage though :)

I liked the location it was not very far from town...the price was good , the mattress was good and hard ( that's what I like) not like most of the other accomodations on booking I would absolutely come back

The Villa is absolutely incredible, even better than the pictures, very private yet only 10 mins walk to Zrce and 5 minute drive to Novalja centre. Everything from the pool, hot tub, rooms, amenities were spot on. We came for a local festival, and it was also my friends birthday. Nadia the host (who was amazing) went out of her way to put balloons and banners up which was so lovely. Nothing was too much and she was always available on WhatsApp if you needed anything. Already booked again for next year! Amazing!
