Simply beautiful, the view is amazing. The accommodation is excellent and comfortable. The hot tub was fabulous and well used. Loved the little extras on arrival, calming music, snacks, cold water and BEERS too! Even the hot tub had been warmed ready for use 😁.

Decent apartment for a decent price. Nice pool, which was being cleaned regularny during our stay. Great location - Bars, restaurants, groceries just Around the corner. Spacious rooms, apartment well equiped. Hosts were helping us a lot during our stay. We really appreciate their service.

Our stay at Villa Mermaid was absolutely perfect! The villa is stunning, beautifully maintained, and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The pool area is a true highlight – crystal clear water, plenty of space for lounging, and breathtaking views surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a private and serene atmosphere. The outdoor space is ideal for both relaxation and entertainment, with a lovely seating area, sun loungers, and even a hot tub for unwinding in the evenings. Inside, the villa is spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is excellent – peaceful and private, yet only a short drive to Peyia village, Coral Bay, and local restaurants and shops. We especially appreciated the host’s attention to detail and prompt communication, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If

Very beautiful cosy small house. One room that fits all!! It has everything you might need. It is indeed very small but for us it was not a problem. I was there with a friend and we shared the bed. It's ideal for couples or for 2 friends who don't mind sharing small spaces. It is fully equipped and modern. The location is great. It is 15 minutes away from Latsi. Away from any city noise. It's a quiet area and you can relax. There is a big garden where you can sit and enjoy your meal or BBQ I will definitely choose this again when I am visiting Latsi next time. I enjoyed my time there, totally recommend it.

    Loved absolutely everything. The villa was cosy and traditional, everywhere was clean, great air con. The best part was the pool, which was cleaned twice during our stay to a very high standard, and the garden was beautiful. There was so much wildlife to see and the location was perfect, close to the village and a short drive to coral bay. Anna was great, checking we arrived safely and making sure everything was ok.
