Gorgeous property in an amazing setting. Well laid out, lots of facilities including super comfy beds/linens, lovely lounge and outside furniture. Could just while away hours listening to birdsong and lapping sea on the beach. Loved the trains passing.

Excellent location and facilities. The house was amazing, with great views from both bedrooms and the kitchen/lounge. The house was clean, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped. The bedrooms were huge. I would happily return and recommend.

So relaxing, tucked away with views of the lovely forth river and surrounding rural landscape. Being warmed by the outside fire whilst watching the sunset sky change hues was a wonderful start to the weekend. A very comfy bed, and I loved the choice of an inside bathroom or outside toilet with a view! A beautiful walk down the country lane to the famous forth pub, so convenient!

    Lovely cottage on a little farm let that was quiet and secluded. Lots of little nick nacks around the cottage and candles and lights on for our arrival

    This holiday cottage was fantastic. It felt like walking into a home and we knew we would enjoy our stay. We did!!! Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could think of needing, and more. Right opposite the beach and an easy 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants

    Million dollar views. Our cottage was clean n the bed was very comfortable. We were warm n cosy. The chickens n fresh eggs were a real bonus. We also enjoyed feeding the sheep. We highly recommend this getaway. Thank you.

    Loved the location as it was peaceful and relaxed. Spent a lot of time sitting by the creek to spot the platypus. Cottages were super cosy which was great due to cold weather.

    Stunning panoramic view of rolling green fields to azure blue sea. Large picture windows framed the view and allowed morning sun in for breakfast. Cottage is fresh, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. Its a very quiet location, handy to the very pretty Penguin town centre. Our host, Hugh is charming and welcoming.
