We had a unique situation as we had a family member rushed to Geraldton hospital. We had to quickly book accommodation from Perth and drive up that day. The owner was so helpful and accommodating for us, we didn’t know how long we would have to stay so they were able to refund us for the time we didn’t need. They also went above and beyond to try and sort out insurance paperwork for us as booking.com made us jump through hoops so the owner did it all on their own for us.
