The house was newly renovated, beautiful, modern, clean, had everything you need for a nice family or friend gathering with plenty of space. The hosts were very friendly and kind ! It'll be even better in the summer when you use the pool and the gazebo. Will definitely be coming back here when the weather get's warmer!

Perfect stay! Big house with 4 bedrooms. Nice big garden with a swimingpool to cool down and a barbecue. 20 minutes ride to the city centre of Yerevan by taxi. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they respond always quickly. We would definitly recommend the house for big families qnd groups

We actually stayed at Lucy guesthouse as there was a problem with this property, so the owners sent us to an alternative place. But we loved it, thank you so much for everything, we love Garni very much 😊. We were able to buy fresh farm products including milk, eggs, cheese, and enjoyed many fruits from the garden.

The house is located right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Cascade complex, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Despite being so central, the neighborhood is calm, safe, and peaceful. The house was spotless and well-maintained, making my stay extra comfortable. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout, always quick to answer any questions and ensure everything went smoothly.
