Everything. The house is situated in the quiet village of Rragam near Valbona. It has an amazing view on the many peaks around. Traditional stone house which has a beautiful garden with trees and bench with table where you can sit and enjoy the views. The water in front of the guesthouse comes from the mountains directly. Everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and you can make yourself a coffee if you want. The owners also have a nice restaurant near where you can eat traditional and organic food which they produce.

Family run with great hospitality. They go the extra mile at every occasion to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Slightly out of Theth therefore very peaceful and great Mountain View. Also the hotel is at the start of the theth to valbona trail which is very convenient. Wi-Fi is perfect in the restaurant, acceptable in the rooms. Super clean and great finishing of the rooms.

We loved it! It is 2 room accomodation, comfortable and clean. The water pressure of the hot water is normal (not perfect) for Theth - there are a lot of accommodation in the valley and a lot of gests, so the water infrastructure is not made for the crowd. The breakfast was simple but ok. It was the same breakfast for the two days. We expected butter, but we got margarine (that was a little bit of despondent). The dinner (we ate dinner 2 nights there) was great. It was homemade meal - we are grateful for that. We are hikers, and we eat a lot, so the quantity of meals was satisfying. The OWNERS are lovely couple, always prepared to assist us. Although they don't speak English we managed to understand each other pretty good. Worth the money! We recommend it and we will go back again!

The villas were new, modern, had really good wifi and facilities. The view was amazing! Perfect for what we needed for a few nights. Kitchen and hot tub are a great addition. It was a really good location to do a day trip to Theth (about 1 hour drive). The host was really attentive and helpful. Highly recommend for a special and unique experience!
