I stayed here for a week due to a company event, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the office. It’s also conveniently close to Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Centrio. The condo had a complete dining and entertainment setup, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, which I did often. Since I spent most of my time at the office, I mainly used the place for sleeping, but it was very clean and comfortable. The guards were also friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall!

Staying at this condo was an absolute delight! The accommodation was super clean, cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Loida was a gracious host, always available and quick to respond to our queries. The location was convenient, very central, near to IT park which has lots of restaurants and cafes. The pool is huge and it’s nice that the property has a gym. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu.

Very nice Condo a few minutes walk away from I.T. Park so convenient for shopping, food, bank facilities etc . Clean, quiet and Guards, cleaners etc very friendly and pleasant people. This was my home from home for a month and I loved it. A great base to enjoy and explore Cebu City. Property is clean and well maintained and when I had a query it was resolved very quickly by the owner. Free Netflix and fast wi fi are a bonus with this property.
