NetherlandsWe rented two studio's with friends and our studio was very nice and new. Our friends'studio however was mucht more bare-bone. hence the rating of 8, a mix of 7 and 9.
Location is close to the beach and many restaurants close by. Swimming pool on the roof is a great asset!
